Hard Reset SAMSUNG N7100 Galaxy Note II

1. Remove and insert the baterry.
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Home button + Power button, and release only Power buttonwhen logo Samsung appear.
   
3. Release rest keys when you see Recovery mode menu, and select "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down key, and to confirm Power button.
   
4. Choose "yes" option from the menu.
   
5. After previous operation, press Power button to confirm "reboot" operation.
