Hard Reset SAMSUNG I827 Galaxy Appeal

First method:

1. Make sure, that zour handset is on.
2. Select Menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything.

Second method:

1. First Power off your phone.
   
2. Then press and hold the T key (on the inner keyboard) and the Power Key.
   
   
3. Next release ONLY the Power key when Samsung logo appears.
4. Press Volume Down to scroll to and highlight "Wipe data/factory reset", and then press the Power key.
   
5. Scroll to and highlight "Yes – delete all user data", and the press the Power key.
   
6. When “Data wipe complete” is displayed at the bottom of the screen, scroll to and highlight"Reboot system now", and then press the Power key.
   
7. Now your phone will reboot.

Hard Reset will erase all of your data
