Hard Reset SAMSUNG I547 Galaxy Rugby Pro

1. Make sure, that yours battery is full charged.
2. Next remove and insert the battery.
3. Then press and hold together Volume Up + Home button + Power button.
   
4. If you see logo Samsung, then release only Power button.
   
5. When you see in the screen Recovery mode menu, then release the rest buttons.
6. Select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm operation.
   
7. Choose option "yes" and confirm with Power button.
   
8. After that, confirm option "reboot".
