Hard Reset SAMSUNG B9062

1. Power off your phone.
   
2. Then press and hold 3 buttons: Volume Up + Home button + Power button.
   
3. Release them when you see menu of Recovery Mode.
4. Next select "wipe data/factory reset", using Volume Down button and Power button to confirm.
   
5. Choose "yes" with Volume Down and confirm that with Power button.
   
6. After that, press Power button to accept option "reboot system now".
