Hard Reset HTC Windows Phone 8X

First method:

1. Switch off your phone.
2. Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down button, and then briefly hold down the Power key.
3. Release the Volume Down button when you see an icon on the screen.
4. Then press the following buttons in this sequence: Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Power ->Volume Down.

Second method:

1. Turn on your device.
2. From the Main Menu choose Settings.
3. Then tap About and select Reset your phone.
4. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Yes.
