Hard Reset HTC TyTN II (HTC Kaiser)

First method:

1. First off all switch the device off.
2. Press and hold two buttons: Left Softkey + Right Softkey. 
3. Pull out a Stylus and insert it into Reset button at the bottom side of the device. 
4. Release the stylus but keep pressing sotkeyes until you see a message on your screen.
5. Now you can release held keys.
6. Press Call button to confirm the whole operation.
7. Done!

Second method:

1. Switch on the phone.
2. From the Home Screen go to Settings.
3. Then select System tab.
4. Afterwards choose Clear Storage, enter “1234”.
5. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Yes.
