Hard Reset HTC Trophy

First method:

1. Firstly, turn off your phone by using Power Button.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up and Down buttons.
3. While holding these buttons hold down the Power key for a short while.
4. Release these buttons when your phone switches on and shows a text screen.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the operation.

Second method:

1. At the beginning switch on your phone..
2. Tap Settings and then select About.
3. Afterwards, choose Reset your phone.
4. Confirm your choice by tapping Yes.
5. Good job!
