Hard Reset HTC Sensation XE with Beats Audio

First method:

1. Go to the Menu, and then tap Settings.
2. Afterwards tap Storage and next Factory data reset.
3. Tap Reset phone, and select Erase everything.

Second method:

1. Start by removing battery, put it back after few seconds.
2. Press the Volume down button, and then press the Power button.
3. Wait untill the three Android images appear, and then release the Power and Volume down buttons.
4. Press Volume down to select Factory reset, and then press the Power button to accept it.
