Hard Reset HTC Eternity

First Method:

1. Turn off your device by using Power Button.
2. Then, press and hold the Volume Up and Down buttons.
3. While holding these buttons hold down the Power key for a couple of seconds.
4. Release these buttons when your phone turns on and shows a text screen.
5. Select "Factory reset" by using Volume Buttons to scroll and Power button to confirm.
6. Afterwards, follow the instructions to complete the hard reset proccess.
7. Success!

Second Method:

1. First, on the start screen tap Back button.
2. Tap Settings and then select About.
3. Afterwards, select Reset your phone.
4. Confirm that by tapping Yes.
5. Done!
