Hard Reset HTC Desire Eye

First method:

1. Power off your device.
2. Then push and hold the Volume Down button together with Power button.
3. Release these buttons when Android images appears on your screen.
4. Then scroll using Volume Down to option "FACTORY RESET", and confirm that with Power button.
5. Well done! The hard reset is just performed.

Second method:

1. Firstly, turn device on.
2. From main menu go to Settings and choose Backup & Reset.
3. Select Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything.
4. Success!
