Hard Reset HTC ChaCha

1. Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
2. Wait for the screen with menu.
3. Press the VOLUME DOWN button to select Clear Storage and then press the POWER button.
4. Wait for device to restart, after that u can use it.
