Hard Reset HTC 7 Surround

1. If device is off please turn it on by pressing Power button. 
2. Press and hold both Volume keys (right side of device). 
3. Briefly press the Power button.
4. Remember don't stop pressing the Volume keys.
5. Follow on screen instructions.
6. Let the HTC device make a Factory reset, it may take several minutes.
7. Success! phone now will be on Default settings.
