First method:

1. In order to switch off the phone hold down the Power button for a short while.
2. Enter the following code: *2767*3855#.
3. To confirm the whole operation press the Call button.
4. Wait to complete the process.
5. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Third method:

1. If the display is off, press the Power button to turn it back on.
2. From the standby screen, press the OK button for Menu.
3. Then find and select Settings and go to Security Settings.
4. Aterwards choose Reset Settings.
5. To confirm the whole operation tap Click Default Settings.
