Hard Reset HTC Status

First method:

1. First, switch off the phone by using the Power button.
2. Afterwards press and hold Volum Down and Power button together for a while.
3. Wait for the screen with three Android images to appear, and release the Volume Down key.
4. Then choose the Factory Reset by pressing the Volum Down to scroll and Power button to confirm. 
5. Good job! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. Start by turninning on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Go to Settings and then to SD & Phone Storage.
3. Tap Reset Phone and hoose Erase All Data if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
4. Tap OK to confirm the whole operation.
5. Well done!
